Make it simple for you to negotiate the best terms for the sale of your assets by acting as an intermediary for all offers or bids for your assets.
Offer an opinion of the value of your assets (valuation).
Provide you with sample documents to help you complete your asset sale.
Follow your due diligence and fund-release instructions as outlined in your final asset purchase agreement, guaranteeing that funds are distributed as scheduled.
Warrant that all offers are made from offerors signing our Right-to-Bid agreement, which includes, among other things, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
We charge a percentage of the final sales price, only if a sale is made. Our fee is 7% of the total sale price with a $500.00 minimum fee.
